Primevio
Primevio is a UK online home décor retailer specialising in carefully chosen vases and stoneware. We work with a small, curated range rather than a sprawling catalogue, because we'd rather stock fifty pieces we can vouch for than five thousand we can't.
Created around a simple idea
Primevio started around one simple idea: that the vases and stoneware people bring into their homes should be chosen with the same care as any other piece of furniture, not picked at random from an endless scroll of near-identical listings. It began as one person's idea late one evening, scrolling through supplier catalogues and feeling frustrated at how disposable most home decor online had become — and it only became a real business because someone else believed in it enough to help build it properly. Primevio exists today because that idea got taken seriously instead of staying a passing thought.
Who we are
We're a husband-and-wife team trading from Morecambe, Lancashire, and operating entirely online at primevio.shop. Primevio is genuinely just the two of us: one of us had the idea, and the other believed in it enough to help turn it into a proper store — from sourcing and listing every product to packing each order and answering your emails ourselves.
Our mission
Our mission is to make well-made, thoughtfully designed vases and stoneware accessible without the markup or the guesswork that usually comes with buying home decor online. We want customers to be able to trust that what they see on a product page is exactly what arrives on their doorstep — in condition, size, colour, and quality — and to build Primevio's reputation on that consistency rather than on volume or discounting.
How we source
Chosen carefully, checked before it's listed.
We select vases, stoneware and home decor from established suppliers, checking quality, materials and finish before they're offered on Primevio. If a piece doesn't meet the standard we're comfortable with, it doesn't go on the site.

Order preparation
Because vases and stoneware are fragile, every order is packed by hand rather than run through automated packing. Each piece is wrapped individually and cushioned inside its box before dispatch, and we check for visible chips, cracks, or glaze faults at the packing stage — not after a customer reports one. Orders are prepared in the sequence they're received, and we hold ourselves to the handling times stated on our Shipping Policy rather than treating them as a rough guide.
How we work
Day to day, Primevio is run as a lean operation: we manage sourcing, listings, customer support, and order preparation ourselves rather than outsourcing them, which is why our contact details go to a real inbox and a real phone rather than a ticketing queue. When something goes wrong — a delay, a damaged item, a question about a product — we deal with it directly and aim to respond within the timeframe stated on our Contact page, not just when it's convenient.
