By using primevio.shop or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. They set out what you can expect from Primevio, and what we expect from you, in plain English rather than dense legal language.

2. Website use
You're welcome to use primevio.shop for lawful, personal shopping. In return, we ask that you don't misuse the site, try to disrupt how it runs, or copy and reuse its content without our permission.
3. Products
• We sell curated vases, stoneware, and related home décor, distributed by us from selected suppliers.
• Colours, textures, and glazes on handmade stoneware vary piece to piece — that's a natural feature of the material rather than a defect, and it's noted on the relevant product pages.
• We describe every product as accurately as we can; photos are for illustration, and slight variation from the image is possible on handmade pieces.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email — not at the moment you complete checkout. Every order depends on stock being available; if something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund that item in full.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£), and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount — free UK delivery included, with no hidden extras. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if an honest pricing error is spotted before your order ships, we may cancel it and refund you in full rather than dispatch it at the wrong price.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). See our Payment Policy for the full detail on how this works and how your card information is protected.
7. Shipping
We deliver free of charge within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for UK mainland, and 4–10 business days for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including a prepaid return label and a refund within 7 days once we receive it back.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms takes away from your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
