We want every Primevio order to arrive safely and on time, with no surprises about cost or timing. This page covers where we deliver, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
Overview
Every order ships from the United Kingdom with free delivery — there's no minimum spend and no hidden charges. Whatever price you see on the product page is the final price you pay at checkout.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — and don't yet offer international shipping. Orders to the Scottish Highlands and the UK Islands are still covered, though they can take a little longer to arrive than the rest of the mainland.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Our daily cut-off for same-day processing is 14:00 GMT — anything placed after that time is treated as received the following business day. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Business days run Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays; all times are given in GMT. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and can run a little longer during busy periods like Black Friday or the run-up to Christmas.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If tracking hasn't updated within the first 24 hours after dispatch, that's normal — it usually catches up once the carrier scans the parcel into their network.
Incorrect delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@primevio.shop as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details, and we'll do what we can before it ships. If an order has already been dispatched to the address given at checkout, any cost of redelivery or return may fall to the customer.
Delayed orders
Deliveries can occasionally run late because of weather, courier disruption, or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated window for your area — 8 business days for UK mainland, or 10 business days for the Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Islands — email contact@primevio.shop with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Damaged parcels
Every order is packed with care, but if yours arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of both the item and the outer packaging. As set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Frequently asked questions
• Is delivery really free on every order? — Yes — every Primevio order ships free within the UK, with no minimum spend.
• Do you deliver outside the UK? — Not yet — we currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• Can I choose a specific delivery day? — Not at the moment, but your tracking link will let you follow the parcel and, in many cases, arrange redelivery directly with the courier.
• What happens if no one's home? — The courier will leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions for redelivery.
