We keep paying on Primevio simple and secure. Every card payment is handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection — this page sets out what we accept, how your details are protected, and what to expect if a payment doesn't go through.

All prices on primevio.shop are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP, £). The amount shown at checkout is the final amount — free UK delivery is already included.
Stripe security
Card payments are handled directly by Stripe, one of the most widely used and trusted payment processors globally. You enter your card details on Stripe's own secure payment form — Primevio never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe holds PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the highest standard in the payments industry.
SSL encryption
Our site, including checkout, runs over 256-bit SSL encryption, so any information you send us — from browsing to payment — travels over a secure, encrypted connection.
Failed payments
If a card payment doesn't go through, it's usually down to one of the following:
• The card number, expiry date, or security code was entered incorrectly
• There weren't enough funds available on the card
• 3D Secure verification with your bank wasn't completed
• Your bank flagged the transaction and blocked it for review
Double-check the details and try again, or use a different card — nothing is charged and no order is created when a payment fails.
Order confirmation
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we'll email you an order confirmation, followed later by a dispatch email with your tracking link once the parcel is on its way.
Pricing transparency
The price shown is the price you pay — there are no delivery charges, no card surcharges, and no hidden costs added at checkout for UK orders.

Your card is authorised when you complete checkout and charged once your order is confirmed.

• Is it safe to use my card on Primevio? — Yes — payments run through Stripe over a fully encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Can I pay in a currency other than GBP? — Checkout only accepts GBP; your bank may convert it from your local currency at their own exchange rate.
